Table Tennis Racket DIY Tools for Cutting the Tabletennis Racket Rubber Surface with Cut-Resistant Gloves and Wood Roller Sets

Usage method :

1. Test: If there is no adhesive on the bottom plate, flip the bottom plate according to steps 3-4 and check if the curvature of the bow knife and the bottom plate is consistent (note that the gap between the bottom of the adhesive position and the bow knife should not be too large). If there is a significant gap, increase the rotation force appropriately until the curvature is consistent, and then remove the bow knife according to step 6.

2. Paste rubber: Brush rubber on one side of the bottom plate and the rubber (or test rubber), and paste a flat rubber.

3. Install the cutting tool: Use the bowstring on both sides of the bow knife to wrap around the handle, keeping the rotating buckle facing upwards. Place the bow knife on the outer wall of the base plate and install the rotating buckle firmly (the rotating buckle is installed at the junction of the handle and the base plate).

4. Shrink bowstring: Press the knob and turn it clockwise to contract the bowstring, while adjusting the position of the bow blade to maintain left-right symmetry. Tighten with the same force as during testing to ensure that the curvature of the bow blade is consistent with that of the base plate.

5. Cutting the rubber sleeve: Flip it over so that the front of the sleeve is facing upwards, hold the rubber rolling rod and roll it along the edge of the bottom plate from right to left to cut (note that the rubber rolling rod should tilt outward and not press the bottom plate inward), until the cutting is complete (left-handed hands can cut from left to right);

6. Remove the bow knife: After cutting is complete, flip the bottom plate, pull up the rotary knob to pull the bow knife to the left and right sides with both hands, then remove the rotary knob and take off the bow knife. Repeat the above steps and cut the other side of the rubber.

Precautions :

1.During the operation, please wear anti cut gloves to prevent accidental scratches;

2.After using the bow knife, please keep it out of reach of children and keep it properly.
