Storage Instructions:

 - It is best to consume the Bak Kwa within 3 days once opened. Alternatively, transfer it into an airtight container and store it in the fridge to maintain freshness for up to 1 week.

 - Unopened vacuum-packed Bak Kwa can remain fresh for up to 1 month keep in a cool and dry place. When stored in the fridge, it can last for up to 3 months, and for an extended shelf-life of up to 6 months, store it in the freezer.
