For any customer that wishes to send their order to NGI Singapore, NGI Gemstone report requests need to be done by messaging us. Thank you, extra fees apply - $90 for jadeite / $150 for jadeite with 18k gold - it is not compulsory as most of our product came with oversea certificate or NGI report already.
