Back or waist health is crucial because the back controls the body’s vital functions. It is the back that provides the structure support to our body and helps us to maintain the upright posture. Most of our daily activity will also involve our back, thus it is very easy to get hurt if we do not pay attention and take care of it. Bad sitting posture, carrying an overweight object or even doing sport might cause you back pain. Wear and tear from aging is also one of the causes of back ache.
Health+ Waist Tonic contains Cortex Eucommiae, or Du Zhong, which comes from the bark of the Eucommiae tree. This herb targets the kidneys, strengthening the lower back and bones. Radix Codonopsis nourishes the lungs, improving the Qi and blood circulation in our bodies.
Combined with other TCM ingredients, Radix Morindae Officinalis, Rehmanniae Preparata, Fructus Psoraleae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Tongkat Ali, Rhizoma Chuanxiong altogether 8, Health+ Waist Tonic helps to relieve waist ache, regenerate our skin complexion, vitalise our kidneys and darken our hair. To blend well with the original 8 TCM ingredients, honey is added to give the drink a pleasant taste.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place
Dosage:
Adult
One cup (30ml) each time, twice a day. Shake well before consuming.
Children (15 years old and above)
Half a cup (10ml) each time, twice a day. Shake well before consuming.
Caution:
- Avoid consumption during pregnancy
- Avoid consumption during confinement
- Avoid consumption 14 days prior to a surgical procedure
