Incorrect/Defective Items

Our bad! If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Team for a Return Request at our full expense. Items returned must be in their original condition, unworn, with original tags intact.

Please note that items returned will be refunded via Store Credits or your original payment mode. Refunds will be made based on invoiced value including shipping charges. Please allow 14 days after your return has been approved for your refund to be processed.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Not a fan of what you received?

Want your Tippies in another style, colour or size? We are more than happy to offer a refund in the form of Store Credits within 7 days of you receiving your order, as long as the shoes are in their original condition. Just drop our Customer Service Team an email and we will get back to you  to arrange for your pick-up service. A fee of $5 is applicable which will be deducted from the total Store Credit amount that will be reissued to you.
