Chair looks solid and good but there was no free installation provided as claim from the live seller which is either very misleading or the delivery guy who delivered did not do his job to fix up. This is the only disappointing part as full service was not rendered as advertised. Thus 4 stars not 5.

The pink is not sweet pink, it's more like dusty pink. I fixed it myself then found it can rock a bit like S7 lol. But the back support i couldn't feel it whelther pushing it up or down. Overall is a good buy for this price.
