【JTXS 074】Compound Essential Oil 4 bottles Gift Box

Delivery was kinda lag perhaps it was from overseas.. the products after arrived out of 4 , 2 were suspected leaked out. After informing, somewhat it was not resolved. I have no options but to accept and unable to wait for another replacement. Probably the first and last time to deal with this

When received this product is disappointing where cap were not tightened resulted the oil leaked out and stained the boxes and bottles. Now the bottles are half filled and is this the right volume. Can I returned and asked for refunded.

When received this product is disappointing where cap were not tightened resulted the oil leaked out and stained the boxes and bottles.Please ensure the bottle cap are tighten before deliver if not when open the boxes hands are full mix oil smell.
