To operate without external power supply, simply press the Menu button and 3 blinking dots will be displayed in the center of the screen, which indicates the power reserve mode; to operate with external power supply, first connect the supply voltage to the terminals labeled L and N. When the supply voltage is applied, the two dots will blink.

The relay contacts only operate when the supply voltage is applied, so the timer can be set before linking the supply voltage. If the timer is programmed, the actual time, weekday, summer/winter time switching setting and channel status will be displayed; if the timer is not programmed, the language must be selected before selecting the time and date.
