Product description
*Adaptive biasing enables the device to provide high input performance when large blocking signals are encountered.
*When the blocking signal is removed, the ADL5801 automatically lowers the bias, resulting in low noise and power consumption.
*The balanced active mixer layout provides excellent LO-to-RF and LO-to-IF leakage, typically better than -40 dBm.
The IF outputs are designed to provide a typical voltage conversion gain of 7.8 dB when loaded into a 200 Ω load.
*The wide frequency range of the open collector IF output allows the ADL5801 to be used as an upconverter for a variety of transmitter applications.
*The ADL5801 is fabricated using SiGe's high performance integrated circuit process.
*The device is available in a compact 4 mm x 4 mm, 24- LFCSP package and operates over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
*The ADL5801 provides high dynamic range frequency conversion from 10 MHz to 6 GHz using a high linearity, dual balanced,
active mixer core and integrated LO buffer .
