Our Fresh pasteurised wholegrain noodles offer the same level of tastiness and wholesome nutrition as regular noodles. A healthier alternative to the regular yellow noodles without having to compromise on the taste of Yellow Hokkien Noodles. Suitable for various cooking methods such as Mee Goreng, Singapore Hokkien Mee, Mee Soto or Fishball Noodles.

Preparation
Soup based dish: Blanch the noodles at 90°C for 20 to 30 seconds before serving.
Stir-fried dish: Stir-fry the noodles with other ingredients such as sauces, vegetables for approximately 30 to 40 seconds.
Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Wholegrain Flour (20%), Acidity Regulator(E501i, E524), Salt, Flavor Enhancer(E508), Soybean Oil
Storage: Store in cool & dry condition. Once opened, best consume within the day.
Shelf life: 1 month (3 months if kept well refrigerated)
