Q:Why is it different from the description, or why doesn't it have the games I want, and how do I operate it?

A: As this is an emulator game stick, many differentversions of games appear on the Internet. Due to theexisting technology, it is still not possible to make oneemulator adapt to all games. We currently have 95%game compatibility with our game consoles, but there arestill about 5% of games that may not be perfectlycompatible.Some games may not open, or there mightbe a game console that does not support you, or thegame may lag significantly after opening. These are allnormal phenomena.Generally, you can download otheiversions of the game. We hope for your understanding.

Q: How do l save games?

A: Please press the "Start"+ "Select" buttonssimultaneously to call out the menu that will show theSAVE option.

Q: Why can't the game stick turn on without the card?

A: The game system and games are installed on themicro card. This card must be inserted into the card sloton the game stick. Without the card, the game stickcannot be used. Please note this requirement.

Q: ls the game controller rechargeable or does it use AAAbatteres?

A: The game controller uses 4 AAA batteries. AAAbatteries are not included. lt is not a rechargeable gamecontroller.
