How to use
●Open the engine cover and hang the detection device on
the engine front cover.
●Open the access port of the system to be inspected, and
connect the inspection-specific connector to the inspected
system seamlessly. If the system under test has more than
one open outlet, please plug it with the corresponding
rubber head blocked.
●Use the tapered quick joint on the smoke outlet pipe of the
detection equipment to connect with the special joint of the
subject.
●Connect the detection device with DC12V battery: red with
positive, black with negative. Pls don't to connect it in the
opposite way.
●When the battery is charged correctly, the air pump of the
flue gas will start to work and output the air flow to the
outside. Turn on the power switch at the front of the
detection equipment, the detection equipment will input
smoke into the subject at a speed of 15L/min. After the pipe
is full of smoke, the leakage point will leak smoke to the
outside. In order to improve the detection effect, a strong
light can be used.

pipes and related accessories
Warnings
●Please Keep away from smoke sensitive parts for leak testing.
●Do not add more test oil than the measuring bottle at one time,
otherwise the smoke from the device will be affected. The
detection equipment has a temperature protector. If it operates
continuously for a long time, it will automatically shut down for
protection after overheating. At this time, the air pump works
normally, and the heating system will stop working. When the
temperature drops to a reasonable temperature, the equipment
resumes normal operation. If need to work continuously, after
working 15 minutes, the equipment will stop and rest for 3-5
minutes,at the same time,please add 10-15ml e-liquid to let cool
equipment quickly .
●Strong wind can be used to force heat dissipation outside the
device, but do not directly touch the liquid to dissipate heat.
Maintenance
●At high temperatures for a long time, smoke and oil will
oxidize and deteriorate. It will affect the life of the smoke
generating device, so please change the test oil regularly.
●Before filling with new oil, pour out any remaining test oil in
the test equipment.
●When the smoke output has water droplets, please re
replace the test oil.
●Both liquid paraffin and baby oil can be used.
●Please prepare the new oil bottle with new oil.
