We seek your understanding that this exchange policy is not inclusive of non acceptance based on individual preference over taste profile ( level of sweetness/bitterness) , texture ( moist/dry) or size seed in particular of the cultivar . We seek for our customers' understanding that durian is after all a fruit of nature and can be uniquely in each different seed even within the same fruit . On our part, we will strive our best to provide seed of acceptable standard ( termed as "Bao Chi ")with high consistency during our QC while dehusking of the durian by our experienced workforce. We will appreciate our customer kind understanding and fair judgement to forge a good and long term relationship as a reputable and trustable vendor.
