QV Flare Up Cream is an emollient cream which restores skin hydration and provides anti-irritant benefits. Designed to help relieve the symptoms of eczema and dermatitis flare-ups. It is ideal for ongoing care for your skin throughout the day. The symptoms of atopic eczema (dermatitis) can be very distracting and disturbing for the sufferer. The QV Flare Up Range of Wash, Cream and Bath Oil provides for all over, all day therapy for flare ups.

Relieve Atopic Eczema Flare Ups

Atopic eczema (dermatitis) is a chronic, itchy, superficial inflammation of the skin. The skin lesions can become secondarily infected and this is a common cause of an exacerbation of eczema.

An itch usually results in scratching, which increases inflammation and stimulates nerve fibres, leading to more itching and scratching. As the itch-scratch cycle continues, it changes the integrity of the skin resulting in barrier damage. 

Ingredients: 

Actives (w/w) - Glycerol 10%. Preservatives (w/w) - Phenoxyethanol, Hydroxybenzoates, Benzalkonium Chloride.

Directions: Apply to affected areas three times daily, particularly after showering, bathing and at night. Avoid soap as it may irritate sensitive skin.

Tips: 

Apply after washing, showering or bathing. Use an emollient moisturiser frequently to help relieve symptoms of

eczema.

Caution: 

Avoid eyes. For external use only. If irritation occurs, wash affected area and discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Store below 30°C.
