CJ Beksul Korean Pancake Mix is a mixture of flour, seasoned with a variety of seasoning mix such as onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder, salt and cornstarch. By adding vegetables, seafood and meat, it will bring out more flavours than regular flour. This premix flour is quick and easy to use. Simply add water and anything you want, such as vegetables, and fry.

1. Mix CJ pancake (500g) mix and cold water (850ml) in deep and big bowl

2. Knead the mixed dough (CJ mix and water)

3. Chop all ingredients that you want to add in pancake (Chives, spring onion, pumpkin, kimchi)

4. Put all chopped ingredients in the mixed dough

5. Stir fry it on hot plate for 3 - 4 minutes
