Easy to Use：For i-phone/i-pad:Please locate the memory card reader labeled “Untitled,” “NO NAME,” or another name in the default "File" app on your phone. Then, go to your phone's photo library and select the photos or videos you wish to copy. Tap the transfer button in the bottom left corner. A menu will appear; scroll down and select the option "Save to 'Files'". Next, tap "Browse" in the top right corner, locate the external USB drive labeled “Untitled,” and then tap "Save" in the top right corner to complete the process.
For Android phones, OTG functionality needs to be supported to use the device. Most Android phones have OTG enabled by default. If the device is not recognized, please enable OTG in the phone settings. Then, in the file manager, locate the memory card reader, where you can directly find the photo files and copy them to the memory card reader.
For computers, no app download is required; it is plug-and-play.
