1. Receipt Notice

2. Return Instructions

When the Customer Finds the Product Quality Problem and Returns the Product, He/She Requires to Return It to Our Company by Plain Mail Package. the Freight Is Paid in Advance by the Customer. the Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai Regions Can Negotiate the Return of the Product by Express Delivery. after Receiving the Goods, the Company Will Make up the Freight and the Actual Cost of the Goods According to the Post Office List. If the Customer Returns the Goods by Express Delivery Or Other Means without Communicating with the Customer Service, the Resulting Freight, the Company Will Refuse to Sign for It.

3. All Return Packages Are Returned in Real Name (That Is, Fill in the Name of the Orderer). before the Return Package Is Delivered, You Must Communicate with the Customer Service and Pass the Return List. the Return List Must Be Attached to the Return Package, in Order to Facilitate the Staff to Query Parcels, Save Time and Effort, Improve Efficiency and Better Service for Customers.

4. If You Do Not Communicate with the Customer Service before Returning the Product, the Product Will Not Be Accepted.

5. If You Are Not Satisfied, for the Reason of Imagination, If There Is No Quality Problem, the Return Will Not Be Accepted, and the Return Transportation Fee Will Be Paid by the Customer Himself.

6. Please Do Not Return Goods That Are Not Our Company. If There Is Such Goods, We Will Not Return Them.
