Installation Requirements

1. Balcony Size: the Length of the balcony > 1.4 m, the Width > 0.9 m, the Height of the Room should NOT Exceed 3 m;

2. Reserved Wire: the light wire can also be installed, and the remote control is required to turn on the light; The Installer is not responsible for wiring;

3. Installation Appointment:

After placing the order, INFORM the customer service of the installation needs;

The customer service will take the initiative to Contact the BUYER and provide the Installer;

The BUYER needs to prepare the LADDER;

The Installer will contact the BUYER to confirm the on-site installation time.

Note: There are doors/windows/wall cabinets in the balcony, and the upper edge must be MORE than 30 cm away from the roof to avoid bumping.

There is no additional charge under normal circumstances
