Dr. Shamsul Mohd Nor obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Usuluddin and Philosophy with the specialization of interpretations from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). He also obtained Ijazah scholar (ma) in the fields of the Quran and the as-Sunnah (dissertation in the study of al-hadhrij al-hadith) from the same university. Experienced in the field of preaching around Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. The founder of the genius system read the Quran in three days by al-Badar method. Experienced in conducting motivational courses and training such as the Secrets of Nature, Islamic Team Building, Effective Supervisory Skills, Interpersonal Skills, and Islamic Leadership Programs.
