Regarding after-sales: Our products go through three quality checks before being shipped out of the warehouse, so there won't be any quality issues upon delivery. However, rough handling during courier delivery is beyond our control. Please make sure to inspect in front of the courier before signing (friends, doormen, etc. can sign on behalf of you). If you find any issues, you can directly refuse to sign for delivery. We cannot bear the return shipping costs.
