How to use:

1.Boil clean water for 1 minute.

2.Put the whole bracket in boiling water and soak it completely for 50 seconds.

3.Use a large spoon or chopsticks to pull out the braces and put them in a clean, dry bowl.

4.Remove it from the boiling water and put it in a bowl for 20 seconds.

5.Place the braces in the upper row of teeth in your mouth. The front part of the bracket should first be close to the outer side of the two front teeth of your upper row, then hold the bracket with two hands and push the whole bracket up slowly so that the bracket is tightly attached to the whole upper row of your teeth. Don'for t move the braces around.

6.Hold the bracket for 20 seconds, then let it go and bite the lower teeth. The bite force should be moderate, not too tight or too loose, at least to the bottom of the bracket.

7.Close your lips as much as possible. Then suck in your mouth and hold your tongue against your upper jaw and upper teeth. Hands can also help hold the braces outside.

8.Hold on for at least 30 seconds and you can take the braces off.
