If you have any issues with any product from our company, please contact us promptly. We will solve your problem as soon as possible and provide you with a satisfactory response
1. For products with quality issues within 7 days of receipt (based on the date of receipt on the waybill), please contact us promptly for return or exchange processing; overdue requests will not be accepted, and false claims will not be tolerated once verified
2. We will try our best to meet the product color or style specified by the customer, but we may not be able to satisfy 100%. If the color or pattern style does not match, we will promptly communicate with you to arrange for color exchange or handle out-of-stock situations
3. Buyers use dissatisfaction or difficulty selling as reasons, but if there are no actual quality issues with the product, it is not considered a reason for return or exchange. Please be cautious when ordering; we are not responsible for inventory overstocking
4. Customers need to open and inspect the package upon receipt, regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged or not.
