How to play?
Pour calcium lactate powder into a tub of water.
Stir until it mix evenly in water.
Soak mould in water and brush the cavity if needed
Squeeze sodium alginate into mould to form the sea animals
Immerse it in water and gently shake it and watch the animal swim!
About the materials
Sodium alginate and calcium lactate are used in molecular gastronomy to turn liquids into flavor pearls.
As such, these materials are taste-safe although we won't recommend for you to try due to hygienic purpose :)
