Maintenance steps before use:

1. In order to ensure the use of the use, please wash the new pot before use, grill in medium heat, and then turn it into low heat.

2. Pour an appropriate amount of edible oil into the pot, hold the paper towel with chopsticks, apply the edible oil evenly in the pot in the pot with a paper towel, and use low heat throughout the process. (Generally two or three times, the effect is better, each time it lasts 3-5 minutes).

3. Those who have conditions can use pork skin to complete the second step. After completing the step 2, wait for the pot to cool, use it.

Notes:

This product does not contain chemical coating. If black debris falls off during the first use, this is a carbonized vegetable oil coating, which does not contain harmful substances and does not affect the use.

After the pot is opened in the early stage, a layer of oil film will form on the surface of the pot to achieve a physical non-stick effect. Please do not use detergent to clean the pot, otherwise it will damage the oil film and affect the use.
