Moka Pot is a tool used for extracting espresso coffee, commonly used in Europe and Latin America, referred to as 'Italian Drip Pot' in America
The moka pot has a two-layer structure; when the water in the lower part boils and reaches a rolling boil, it passes through the mesh filter filled with coffee grounds and sprays into the upper part of the pot.Although no pressure is used to inject hot water into finely ground coffee powder, strictly speaking, this is not considered espresso extraction but rather drip-style extraction.However, the coffee produced by the moka pot still has the concentration and flavor of Italian espresso

Usage:
1.Fill the pot with an appropriate amount of water, not exceeding the safety valve height
2.Pour the ground coffee powder into the filter funnel, use a coffee powder scoop to slightly flatten it, if needed, you can place a filter paper on top of the powder
3 Put the upper pot on top of the lower pot and tighten it appropriately
4.Place the moka pot on a gas stove, electric stove, gas lamp, or alcohol stove for heating(Not compatible with induction cookers)
5.When there's a boiling sound, switch to low heat and wait for about 2 minutes before removing the moka pot from the heat source.The coffee brewed this way is very fragrant.

1.After the coffee pot cools down, unscrew the upper pot, remove the funnel, pour out the coffee grounds, and tap the funnel a few times to pour out the remaining coffee grounds in the middle
2.Wash with clean water and dry.Do not use sandy materials or soda water for cleaning as this can damage the surface's brightness
3.After prolonged use, due to hard water, the bottom part will discolor; you can remove this by mixing vinegar with water
4.After each coffee brewing session, clean the silicone or rubber ring inside the cup body thoroughly
Note: If operated according to the above method, it can be used for many years
Precautions:
1.Before using the newly purchased Moka pot, boil it in clean water at least three times to ensure cleanliness inside
2.Moka pot is not suitable for keeping coffee warm or reheating(Do not use chemical agents or similar detergents for cleaning)
3.Remember not to place it on a heating device for steaming without water
4.Be sure to use ground coffee powder
5.When using gas for steaming, do not turn the heat too high to avoid burning the handle
6.Do not add water to the cup body beyond the safety valve.When the water boils, steam will escape through the safety valve, which loses its protective function
7.When filling coffee powder, do not press it down; just flatten the surface slightly because excessive pressing can prevent coffee from coming out
8.Before using the coffee cup, it is best to scald it with hot water to maintain the temperature of the coffee
9. When attaching the sealing ring, be careful as it has two sides - front and back. Avoid flipping it over as this can cause poor sealing and leakage
