The DT-2234C+ laser tachometer is a digital device designed to measure rotational speed. It can be used to check the number of revolutions per minute of drone propellers, fans and remote-controlled cars. It will also be useful when measuring the rotation speed of wheels and all kinds of moving parts of machines.
Measurements are taken optically using a laser beam. This completely eliminates the need for direct contact with the analyzed object. The test can be carried out at a distance of 50 to 500 mm, thus providing great freedom and facilitating measurement in tight spaces.
The non-contact speed measurement provided by the DT-2234C+ laser tachometer also contributes to improved safety. The ability to hold the meter at a considerable distance from the tested object completely eliminates the risk of catching an element rotating at high speed or getting your hand caught in the fan impeller.
The DT-2234C+ laser tachometer measures in the range of 2.5 to 99,999 RPM (rpm), with a measurement error of ± (0.05% + 1 digit). The results are displayed in real time on the integrated 5-inch LCD display with a resolution of 0.1 or 1 RPM (for the range of 2.5 to 999.9 RPM and above 1,000 RPM, respectively). The liquid crystal display ensures high readability even in difficult lighting conditions
The DT-2234C+ laser tachometer is also equipped with a memory function. It saves the last, highest and lowest measurement result in the cache. This allows for easy comparison of the collected data and their subsequent analysis. Combined with a plastic casing that is resistant to scratches and accidental mechanical damage, this allows the DT-2234C+ laser tachometer to be used not only for hobby applications, but also professional ones.
