1. Install this switch only when the computer is turned off and the power supply has been completely disconnected.
2. Choose a reasonable hole in the back of the computer case to install the three prongs of the switch.
3. Confirm the original locations of POWER SW, POWER LED+, and POWER LED- on the motherboard. If using this extended switch alone, no additional wiring is needed. Simply replace the existing plugs (be careful not to reverse the polarity of POWER LED+ and -).
