Charcoal Filters are recommended to be replaced whereas grease filters would need to be cleaned regularly. If the Charcoal Filters get saturated with cooking grease, the cooking hood will struggle to work properly and won't be able to remove cooking odours effectively.

It is recommended to replace the Charcoal Filter once every 4 to 6 months for daily cooking or every 10 to 12 months for weekend cooking.
