Product description
This product is suitable for making various types of seaweed soup. It can also be used as a
filling for dumplings and wontons, or for dishes such as dry-fried crispy
seaweed, stewed seaweed, and cold seaweed salad.
Dry-Fried Method:
1. Tear the seaweed into small strips and set aside.
2. Heat cooking oil in a pan, add sliced ginger and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the torn seaweed to the pan and stir-fry over low heat for about 2 minutes.
4. Sprinkle a small amount of soy sauce and stir well. Once evenly mixed, remove from heat and transfer to a plate. Enjoy the crispy seaweed.
Stewed Method:
1. Tear the seaweed into small strips and deep-fry in hot oil for about 2 minutes, then drain off excess oil.
2. Prepare a broth with ingredients like dried scallops, and pour the hot broth over the fried
seaweed. Enjoy the dried scallop and seaweed dish immediately.
