2. Ordering process:

1. Product Design and Artwork Confirmation: When customizing products, customers need to provide design drawings, quantity, specifications, surface treatment processes, packaging, and other specific requirements. It is recommended that customers provide AI/CDR/PDF designs

2. Product Quote and Price Confirmation: Our company will make a quote based on the above product information

3. Mold Opening: After both parties agree on the price grids, the customer pays the mold fee. Our company produces product renderings for customer approval. Before officially starting mold opening, the customer can provide modification suggestions to adjust the mold opening plan

4. Sample Production: Sample production is generally completed within 7-9 days, depending on product design and complexity of craftsmanship

5. Confirm the sample: Our company will provide the sample to the customer for confirmation

6. Ordering and Product Production: After confirming the sample, customers need to pay a 30% deposit of the total order amount as a deposit for producing the product. Our company will produce bulk goods according to the confirmed sample
