**Buyer shall examine all goods upon receipt and prior to installation. EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND are not allowed after installation.

*We do not accept any EXCHANGE or RETURN of MATTRESSES correctly delivered as per order due to hygiene purposes.

*Disposal Service For Used Mattresses Available.

$10 per piece disposal fee for single and super single size.

$20 per piece disposal fee for queen and king size.

: 5 Years warranty for manufacturer's defects, not including wear and tear and damages from misuse of products.

1) Warranty Fee Payable Will Be Usage Period Over Warranty Period Against the Purchase Price .

2) Usage Period Will Be Calculated As Below:

1-12 Months Usage = 1 Year

13-24 Months Usage = 2 Years

25-36 Months Usage = 3 Years

37-48 Months Usage = 4 Years

49-60 Months Usage = 5 Years

*Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, and normal sinkage for foam mattress ( 2 inches ).

Items can also be brought to our Warehouse / Service Centre for servicing or exchange During Office Hours , 12PM - 6PM , Wednesday To Tuesday (CLOSED ON THURSDAYS)
