1. Confirm that all components are welded correctly, the power line is not connected to the positive or negative, connected to the load (heating coil, high voltage pack), and then energized! No power on no load! No-load power is easy to damage!
2. The diameter of the heating object is controlled within 20mm as far as possible, too large heating will be more difficult to heat to red, after all, the power is limited. It is recommended to use copper pipe as coil and water cooling for a long time.
3. Working voltage: DC 5v ~ 12v; Maximum power 120w (12v induction heating). Primary 10 turns, 30W or so.
4. Blue LED power indicator, the width of the heated object should be between 1/3 and 1/2 of the diameter of the heating coil, and most should not exceed two-thirds.
5. Induction heating, generally work for 5 minutes to power off cooling. Because the current is relatively large when induction heating, the coil heat is also relatively large. In order to avoid melting the terminal, it is best to weld the heating coil directly to the PCB board when heating.
