Orders placed before 3:30 PM every day are generally shipped the same day. About receiving goods
When receiving the goods, please carefully inspect all sides of the box. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed or damaged, if the sealing tape is broken or incomplete, or if there are obvious signs of tampering or opening, please unbox and inspect the goods in person! If there are any missing items or damage, please do not take the goods away yet. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation; otherwise, after signing for receipt, it will be considered an acceptance without objection
1. No quality issues with returns or exchanges;
If the Buyer Needs to Return the Product for Personal Reasons, the Damage Loss Caused by the Return Transportation of the Returned Product Is Relatively Large, and the Refund Is 20% off According to the Original Price. We Will Not Provide the Return Service without Quality Problems for More than Seven Days. 2. Quality issues returns and exchanges:
If there are product quality issues with an accumulated weight of 20KG or more, the return shipping costs will be covered by our store (please contact online customer service for specific courier or logistics options). If you wish to return the item for exchange without meeting the weight requirements, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer
3. Damage to goods during transportation:
When receiving the goods, please make sure to open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel for inspection. The cardboard box is flexible, while plastic toys are not, so there might be damage to the outer box without damage to the contents. Please inspect the goods before signing for them. 5% product damage is within normal range, and we will provide services for reordering and repairing parts without separate resend. Transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company beyond our control, and delivery time is affected by weather, vehicle arrangements, traffic conditions, and many other factors. It is not considered a reason for returns
