If you purchase any product from our company and have any quality issues or missing items, please contact us promptly.We will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible and provide a satisfactory response
1. Within 7 Days after Receiving the Goods (Subject to the Date of Receipt of the Waybill), If Any Product with Functional Failure Or Quality Problems Is Found, Please Contact Us in Time; It Will Not Be Accepted Within the Time Limit, and the False Report Will Not Be Accepted Once Verified;
2.Considering that customers cannot inspect every product individually upon receipt, we allow exchanges or returns within 7 days after receiving goods if any quality issues are found; because no product can be flawless or free from defects.Therefore, if any issues arise after receiving goods, our store will bear the return shipping costs for each item (note: we only bear one round)!We inspect each product before shipping to minimize such issues!
3.We will try our best to meet the customer's specifications for product color or style, but we may not be able to satisfy them.If the color or style does not match, we will not accept returns or exchanges (customers can indicate that they cannot fulfill the request and we can process it as out of stock)

5. Customers need to open and inspect the package upon receipt, regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged or not. If there are quality issues with the product itself, we will provide an exchange within the specified time frame; (Separate exchange shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, it is recommended to replace during the next order)
7. If the returned product packaging is incomplete, accessories or related materials are missing; unauthorized repairs or modifications; not used or stored properly; exceeds the product warranty period; if the returned product has labels or is falsified, we will not be responsible for returns or exchanges
8. When customers find product quality issues and return items, please use regular courier to send them back to our company. The customer should pay for the shipping fee upfront, and after we receive the goods, we will reimburse the shipping cost and actual product cost according to the courier list.
