Ordering Process

Customers browse the website and inquire about related information. Based on customer requirements (material, size, quantity, packaging, tax stamps, logistics, etc.), we provide product quotations. Once customers accept the quotation, they provide design drafts. After confirming the draft files, customers pay a sample fee, which we use to make samples and send them to customers. Once customers confirm the samples, we sign a production contract. Customers pay a 30% deposit, and the factory starts producing bulk goods. After bulk production is complete, customers inspect the goods (take photos or send samples for confirmation) and pay the final balance before arranging shipment to customers

2. Provide complete CMYKgrids-style artwork

3. The artwork document format should be CDR, AI, or PDF with a resolution of at least 300dpi, and text should be converted to curves

4. The design artwork needs to include an additional 1.5mm bleed around the edges of the finished product
