First time trying durian from the store. Bought black thorn.
Colour looks very nice but the the flesh is totally tasteless with some rotten part.
I do understand we are unable to judge via colour but the seller shld at least sample abit of the product they sell especially if it’s rotten

•Mixture of large and small seeds
•Each Box weighs 450g
•Durians may reach you chilled for food safety and quality assurance
•Orders may be pushed to the following day if the durians on the day is deem unsatisfactory by Vlack team
At Vlack, we adhere to a 100% Replacement Policy, which is assessed on a case-by-case basis.If the durians you receive are unripe, please follow the steps outlined below:

•Send us photos/videos showing the issue you're experiencing.

•Await a one-to-one replacement from our courier.
