about Flaws:
Most of our products are handmade and cannot meet mechanical or digital standards; some minor flaws are inevitable. Some flowers are inserted by hand; if they are squeezed during transport or improperly used during construction, flowers may occasionally, which is normal and not a quality issue. Please simply reinsert them into their original positions, or use hot melt adhesive when necessary. If flowers are deformed due to squeezing, use a hairdryer or hot steam to restore their; some flowers can use the petal rotation method. If some products have severe flaws that cannot be repaired, we can exchange or refund them. Our store does not accept returns for individual products with issues; all products must be returned
about Size:
Our products are all measured manually, and there will inevitably be certain errors due to different measurement methods. Special products are even harder to control during manual measurement. For example, when making flower heads, the size of the unfolded flower heads varies, resulting in different measurement outcomes. In some cases, if a flower head is squeezed, the measurement results will also differ. During our measurements, we use an averaging method to minimize errors
about Price:
1. The price of our products is the direct price from the manufacturer. To meet the needs of different types of buyers, most of our products use tiered pricing. If buyers order a variety of products with small quantities, we need to restock and package them, which is quite troublesome. Therefore, the price is slightly higher than the whole package. For new products, we can negotiate with the boss on pricing
2. Our store's price grids do not include shipping fees or taxes
about Delivery Time:
After the buyer makes a successful payment, we will ship the items in order according to the order sequence. The process from placing an order, to picking, reviewing, packaging, and delivery is quite complex. If there are many types ordered, after online shipping, there might be some items that are out of stock during warehouse picking. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible to discuss whether to arrange for restocking, wait for delivery, or return the items. If the buyer orders a large quantity or multiple types, packing time may be longer, and not all items can be shipped on the same day. We will pack some items and ship them out first, while packing the rest for the next day. In this situation, we won't call or notify you again. For anxious buyers, it's important to communicate with customer service in advance, check inventory first, then discuss shipping time before placing an order to avoid delaying your important matters
