Use steps:

1. Pour the liquor to be measured into a measuring cylinder of about 90ml.

2. Insert the alcohol meter vertically into the graduated cylinder (choose an alcohol meter and start with a large number, if all the scales come to the , choose a low-percent alcohol meter).

Then observe the corresponding value of the top liquid level of the liquor.

3. Insert the red end of the thermometer into the wine, wait for the temperature to stabilize, and observe the current temperature of the wine.
