Wholesale delivery instructions
Please read the following terms carefully and take effect from the time of order.
If you have any other objections, please contact the online customer service staff in time to understand before ordering.
1. Express: There are Zhongtong, Shentong, Yunda, postal express, and SF Express on delivery. Large items: Aneng, high-speed express.
2. Logistics: Freight freight is generally paid on delivery, and the goods need to be picked up at the freight site. The logistics company can be provided by the customer, or we can choose a more suitable one for you.
1. Delivery customers: Orders placed before 17:00 every day can generally be shipped on the same day.
In case of understaffing on weekends and holidays, the delivery cycle will be delayed, please understand.
2. Wholesale customers: The order quantity placed will be dispatched within 1-2 working days if the warehouse is sufficient.
For large quantities, the delivery will be arranged at a separate agreed time.
Please check the surroundings of the box carefully when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed or damaged, the sealing tape is broken and defective, the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious traces of being unpacked and opened, be sure to unpack and inspect the goods in person!
If there is any shortage or damage, do not take away the goods first, and contact us at the freight station for negotiation; otherwise, the goods will be accepted without objection after signing for them.
IV. About returns and exchanges
1. Return and exchange without quality problems: Once sold in our store, returns and exchanges will not be accepted except for quality problems.
2. Return and exchange of quality problems: All our products sold have shipment packaging inspection to ensure product quality, but due to various uncertainties, our factory can only guarantee that 95% -98% of the products arrived have no problems. If it is determined that there is a problem with the products sold that affects the sale, you can contact customer service to negotiate and deal with it.
3. Damage to the goods during transportation: Please be sure to unpack and check in front of the logistics or courier when receiving the goods. The carton is elastic, but the plastic toys are not elastic, so the outer box may not be damaged and the contents are damaged. Please be sure to check the goods before signing for it. 5% damage to the product is within the normal range. We will provide the service of re-ordering and reissuing accessories for repair.
V. About the delivery issue
1. Apply for a return without quality problems, ensure that the product is returned in good condition, and deduct our shipping freight.
2. If the product is damaged and cannot be used normally for quality problems, the return and exchange costs caused by man-made damage shall be borne by the buyer. If there is a problem with the received product itself, the missing accessories or only need to reissue the accessories to solve the problem, or the return process, the cost shall be borne by us.
3. If the distributor cannot properly handle the after-sales service due to failure to fully understand the product, if the returned product has been tested and there is no problem, the freight will be borne by the distributor.
4. All returned goods need to be registered after contacting customer service before applying for a refund. Thank you for your cooperation!!!
