We as sellers cannot be responsible for cases such cases such as “Bad pulls” or when you did not pull the cards that you desire. ️️Box condition are out of our control due to multiple transportation from manufacturing to distribution to us and subsequently shipping to you. If box condition is of a concern, please check with us for before buying. For pre-orders, we do not know the boxes condition as we have yet to receive them. We are also not responsible for the handling of the parcels by 3rd party logistics that delivers the item to the customer.

Therefore please note that NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGE is allowed if the box condition is not up to the customer standard. Please consider the risk carefully before buying.

However we guarantee your item will be protected with high quality bubble wrap and subsequently shipped in a high quality carton box. For factory sealed cases, it will be shipped in another box as well.
