Aka Miso

- Made from soybeans fermented with grains for a longer period, this miso boasts a deep umami flavour and is perfect for hearty soups, braises, and glazes.

Dashi Iri Miso

- Made from fermented soybeans, this miso is enhanced with the rich flavour of dashi stock and is great for soups and stock bases.

While the original shelf life of the products is short, we ensure that any food sent has at least 1 month remaining until the expiration date.

T&Cs:

1. All items are in stock and will be shipped out according to the arranged schedule. Please check your chat for delivery arrangements.

2. Stocks are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, it will be substituted with a similar or better product.

3. All frozen and chilled products are delivered using a cold chain truck to maintain product quality. Please note that a cooler bag will not be provided.

4. Delivery will be scheduled on Mon - Fri: 9am - 5pm, Sat: 9am - 12pm. Close on Sundays and PH.

5. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
