Important Notes

This product supports connection to both hot and cold water pipelines.

1. The installation hole diameter must be 3.2cm or larger. If the diameter is smaller than 3.2cm, the hole must be enlarged to 3.2cm for installation.

2. If you are only using a cold water pipeline, contact our customer service. We can provide a blocking plug for the hot water inlet. You only need to connect the cold water hose, and it will not affect normal use.

Hole Enlargement Service Details

• Hole enlargement requires an additional fee.

• We will take on the risk of potential damage to stone countertops during the process.

• Enlarging holes in stone countertops requires professional skills to prevent cracks. Our plumbers use specialized drill bits, tools, and techniques to minimize the risk of damage.

Hole enlargement is only required once, after which you can install any faucet model on the market, including single cold water faucets. If your countertop already has a 3.2cm diameter hole, no enlargement is necessary
