Common troubleshooting for car horns:

The internal contacts of the horn switch are in poor contact, causing the horn to sometimes sound and sometimes not.

The hoarse sound may be caused by poor contact of the plug or wear of the contacts.

If it does not sound at all, it is recommended to check whether the fuse is blown, the horn wiring harness and the horn relay are normal. If there is current passing through, there may be a problem with the horn itself.
