During the operation of the series-connected battery, the difference in the composition and temperature of the battery cells will cause the charge and discharge of the two batteries to be different. Even when the battery is idle, the difference in self-discharge will cause an imbalance between the series-connected batteries. During the charging process, due to the existence of differences, 1 battery will be overcharged or discharged, while the other will be insufficiently charged or discharged. As the charging and discharging process is repeated, this difference will gradually intensify, eventually leading to premature battery failure.
KBX104S battery equalizer is an energy transfer equalizer that can compensate for batteries in both directions. When the voltage difference between the series-connected batteries exceeds 10 millivolts, the battery equalizer starts to work and eventually balances the batteries. It can be connected to the series-connected batteries for a long time and automatically maintains the battery's balance state without maintenance.
KBX104S battery equalizer adopts aluminum alloy shell design, which is more conducive to the heat dissipation of components.
Plug-in terminals and 1 meter extension cable are more convenient for users to install. The wide voltage design can be used for 7-18V

Before connecting the battery equalizer, please confirm the positive and negative poles of each battery group,
Avoid short circuit and reverse connection between the battery equalizer terminals.
① Connect the VE tubular terminal to the male connector of the quick-connect terminal according to the red (positive) and black (negative) terminals. ② Connect the red battery cable with the M8 terminal to the positive terminal of the first battery, and the black cable to the negative terminal of the battery, and so on for other batteries. ③ After checking that the wiring is correct, connect the battery cable to the male and female connectors of the battery equalizer. 4 Multiple battery equalizers can be used in parallel, just connect and connect. Before the battery is balanced, charging the battery pack with a large current may cause the MOS tube to break down. In addition, a large voltage difference between the batteries may damage the battery equalizer.
