Problem Solving

1. The product is not installed correctly, and it needs to be installed correctly according to the window opener manual.

2. The gas rod is stuck and does not work. Apply lubricating oil to the threaded adjustment tube and the piston rod, and

manually stretch the piston rod several times.

3. The environment does not reach the working temperature. The opening temperature of the gas rod is 15-25°C. The temperature can be maintained at 25°C and observed for more than 30 minutes.
