How to Enjoy Your Matcha:
For a Matcha Latte (Recommended):
Add 40g hot water (about 80°C) and whisk until smooth and frothy.
Add 140g milk—steamed for a warm latte or cold for an iced matcha latte.
Optional: Add your preferred sweetener to taste.
Sift the matcha powder into your dry ingredients to ensure even mixing. Ideal for cookies, cakes, and other desserts where a strong matcha flavor is desired.
