Before the first use, it is necessary to correctly adjust the effective capacity and the current percentage remaining of the battery. If the effective battery capacity is unknown or the current remaining capacity is unknown, the following steps must be followed to check:
① Complete the battery completely.
② Enter the capacity of the battery capacity preset in the system settings, for example, if the nominal capacity of the battery is 150Ah, we will adjust 150Ah to the capacity of the preset battery; (You can check the nominal capacity on the battery signage plate or consult the battery manufacturer);
③ Adjust the percentage of remaining capacity to 100%, then discharge the battery;
④ After the discharge, the remaining capacity value displayed on the instructor is 10Ah. By subtracting the remaining capacity of 10 of the preset capacity value of 150, this is equivalent to the actual capacity of the battery, which is 140. This means that the battery has unloaded a total of 140Ah and cannot be discharged. Consequently, we define the actual discharge capacity of the battery, which is 140Ah, to the capacity of the preset battery and define the percentage of capacity at 0%. So the whole battery is set up.
