The Floats are a Filipino icebox cake is a popular dessert that is perfect for sunny Singapore. They can be eaten frozen, but we recommend it chilled!

The original Filipino dessert, the Mango Float, includes fresh mangoes, which makes the dessert refreshing.
The Ube Cheese Float is a unique twist on the original Filipino dessert. We make our own cheese custard, which adds a salty element to complement the sweetness of the Ube cream mixture.The Filipino icebox cake is a crowd favourite dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It is a great dessert for a family gathering or a special occasion.
INSTRUCTIONS:After removing the insulated bag, we suggest putting the float in the fridge/ freezer immediately after collection.Allow it to cool for an hour before consumption.
If stored in the fridge, please consume within 2 days from collection. If stored in the freezer, consume within a week.
