Live Stream - Please read the terms and conditions before placing an order! * Upon placing an order, you have acknowledged reading the terms and conditions of our company's policy. * All blind boxes have to be opened and inspected during the live stream to ensure the quality of the products is in good condition. * Exchanges are allowed between buyers during live streams. * In order to facilitate the exchange between buyers, both parties have to private message us with their user ID, the item to be exchanged with and the order confirmation number to exchange for the item. * We do not accept any cancellation, or refund due to a change of mind or exchange after the order is opened during the live stream. * Our company will not be liable for any damages during transit. * Upon receiving your package, kindly open and inspect your parcel within 24 hours. * We recommend doing a live video while opening the box once you have received it. *Should you find any damages on the product you have received, kindly take photos of all angles and contact us. Our team will investigate and contact the relevant department in TT to feedback on the situation. * We do not accept dented box damage for exchange or refund as it is beyond our control upon handling the parcel to the third-party logistics company. * Our company reserves the right to claim against you for any damage losses should we find you violating the policy as per T & C stated.
