One of the biggest benefits is that the new capsule type is a liquid detergent that dissolves easily in water, so the original 90 mins soak time can easily be reduced to 30 mins.

📌 𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗨𝗦𝗘

Capsule Washer Cleaner using instructions:

1. Put the capsule(s) in the washing machine ( 1 capsule for laundry/washer load under 17kg, 2 capsules for laundry load over 17kg).

2. Use warm water above 40 degrees celsuius and soak for around 30 minutes.

3. After soaking, operate the washing machine as per normal (Wash > Spin > Rinse)

** Same instructions apply to front loader

What happen if there is no soaking mode ?

1. Please pause/turn off your washing machine after the water has come to medium-high/high(top load),

2. For Front load, please run the water to the highest water level you able to achieve, pause and let it soak for 30 minutes.

(if unable to pause, please turn off and let it soak and after soaking, switch on again and proceed as regular wash mode)

* You may also use 'Tub Clean' or 'High temperature wash' function as replacement for the soaking function.

What happen if there is no warm water function, only dispense cold water ?

1. If your washing machine does not have a warm water function, suggest to first run your normal temperature water to a certain level and add hot water in manually to achieve water temperature around 40°C or higher.

2. You may use normal water temperature, however, may not be that effective compare using warm hot water (40 degrees C or above).

* If there is still a speckle of dirt after the wash, suggest activating Self Clean Function or Normal Wash Function again, you may also put a cloth in the tank together (able to collect speckle of dirt during the wash)

* For grime that is too big to discharge away, may suggest to clean manually with a towel.

- Keep away from heat, direct sunlight, high temperature, high humidity and wet place.

- Please make sure that the product will not be bumped or dropped to avoid the risk of product breakage.

- Be careful of burns/accidents when using warm water.

- The product is not edible, do not put it in mouth. Seek immediate medical attention if you accidentally ingest/swallow/drink liquids containing this product.
